BETA PHOTO: A photo of me doing the hard cross over.

Start with an undercling then move up and right to mantle on a nice ledge. Using a small right hand pocket, move your left foot out to a decent foot hold, and get your left hand in a good two finger pocket. Bump your right hand up to a heinous pinch, pull up and cross your right hand over to a sloper. Move your feet up and top out.

West side of the boulder, in-between the crack and a good down climb.

A couple crash pads and a spotter.

I think calling this an FA is a major stretch, I doubt it even counts as the first recorded ascent of 2017.

I saw a couple from Germany climb this in 2015 while I was at the boulder, and I am most certain they didn't snag the FA either. Definitely not a FA, sorry Van Waggin.

Thanks guys. I am new to mountain project and I noticed there wasn't anything for that spot on here, or in any guide books through some research so I am not entirely sure on what to do.. I was told that an administrator would reach out to me or something like that. I was unsure about a FA so I'm glad you guys reached out!
