This is a relatively small ridge of limestone just south of the larger ridge that holds much of the climbing in E Chorro proper. It is south facing and has routes ranging from 10 to 35 meters and from 5.7ish to 5.13. It should be said, however, that most of the routes under 5.11 are mostly short and sharp and worth a miss. This crag is really the domain of the experienced climber, with most of the good routes being in the 5.11 and 5.12 range.

Getting There

From the train station in El Chorro, head up the hill away from the river. After a few miles of winding road you will see signs for the Olive Branch guest house, which sits below Encantades on the hill. You can park anywhere. It's hard to miss the crag, which is up and left of the road as you are driving up.
