Labor Day is a unique, moderate pitch nestled in the throngs of hard routes on the right wall. Though the grade is moderate, this scrappy all natural gear line is not a straight forward route. Shares initial start with Helicopter Exodus.
Begins about 30' right of Black and Tan at old gnarly tree. Climb up crack which leads to small, left sweeping roof feature. Traverse left under under this roof feature (using runners!), and turn roof on the left (crux). From there enjoy a wavering finger crack with a few hand pods and plenty of face relief. Belaying on the ledge is actually quite a nice treat due to the views.
About 30' right of Black and Tan. Starts at gnarly old tree.
0 TCUs through #2 camalot, Small/medium wires. Long runners.
