This clean wall is less spectacular than the South Face, but offers some good 1- and 2- pitch routes.

Getting There

If you park at the first spot off the main road, you can walk the closed ATV trail for a little while, then start off cross-country toward the wall. You may find some cairns, but the approach is straightforward.

(5.8)P2: Climb the phenomenal hand/fist crack, using face features as you go. Once above the crack, face climb past the hollow sounding flakes to the top (most placements are suspect in this section, climbing is about 5.6 though). Build an anchor or sling a large bush/tree. A better approach, if you have a higher clearance vehicle (Subaru is fine) is to continue down the side road, taking your first left, then left again to park near the East side of the King and Queen. Walk through the "Pass" to get to West face of King.
