A 50ft artificial climbing wall located at the Kent Easthill Skate Park. The wall has removable holds as well as good texture and features for a fake wall. A good place to get a workout if you are in the area.

Wall on, all holds off. Climb the Kenticle using only the wall features, no bolted holds! Feels easy for the first 10 feet, then some creativity is required to get you past the middle section. Crimps will take you the rest of the way to the "highest point in Kent". Cool route....[more]   Browse More Classics in Washington

Bouldering, up to about 8-10 feet, requires no real instruction. It is just movement. Watch other boulderers, and if they look good and fluid (e.g., they use their lower body and legs well), then try to mimic their movement. Just don't let him get underneath any other climbers. Climbing is a natural movement. There are no special rules; just be careful and have fun.

A short review and highlight of the wall in Kent.

Nothing that will chop or pump you out but a good way to spend a few hours on a weekend.
