Description

Another excellent Rabenfels face climb. This line doesn’t look like much from the ground, but the climbing is outstanding, with big moves on uber-featured rock.

Begin with easy moves up dark gray stone. The rock improves as the wall steepens, leading to a short bulge with big jugs. After a good shake at a horizontal break, the wall steepens again, and long cruxy cranks between good holds leads to an easier slab and a ring anchor with a register.

Location

The third bolted line from the right on the southeast side of the tower. This one has a plaque.

Protection

8 bolts to a pigtail anchor shared with several routes.
