Matt leading (soloing?) the main flow.

Description

Very large ice slide with a lot to do from mixed to ice. Easier on the Left and side and becomes more mixed towards the right

Location

Big slide gully, get there hiking VT 108 from Jeffersonville side. Approach from first bend in road north of the parking lot. If you make it to the bathrooms you have gone too far.

Protection

Anchor to trees at top

There are now bolts up under the overhang in the center, pretty obvious once you're there. In good conditions it's more like a cave, a great spot to belay followers from.

I've never seen Jeffs in less than WI3- condition and I've NEVER done any mixed moves on it. Proper rating is WI3- to 4(+?)
