Iron Helix three.

Start in the dihedral. Move left across some good holds to an undercling, then it is a bit of a blind reach (based on height, I suppose).

Iron Helix is on the large boulder that sits on the edge of the water below Simple (V6/7)and other problems just up the hill.

I don't recall a good way down...I jumped.

One pad, spotter(s). The landing is nice and smooth (when frozen).

This problem is also great in the summer as long as you don't mind pulling on with wet shoes.

An easier variation heads up and right from the same start as Iron Helix.

I think the description should read: start right of dihedral on gaston/side pull. Move up and left on various features. No need for the spraydown, there's definitely more than one way to climb this thing! One more thing: my buddy broke the huge foothold off in the middle of the climb...oops! Shouldn't make much of a difference....
