This "Boulder" is really a small crag. With an average height of 50' it, like many other "boulders" in Osborne West, are better for roped climbing. Independence Boulder is gorgeous, steep, with slopers and pockets. Everything tends to be a bit harder than it looks.

Down the hill from The Admiral.
