Could also be the 9.2 Revelation.

That stripe pattern is definitely used by Mammut.

Looks waaay too thick for 9.2mm. Looks more like 10 or so.

Rafal got it right. It is the Revelation.

That's what I thought. Next to my 9.8 there is hardly any visible difference. Weights about the same too!

Well the reason I posted is because this is suppose to be a "light blue" color. Does that look "light blue"? I started thinking if I even got the right rope at all.

With the same color and pattern? Don't they update the colors each year?

I've got three 9.2s that are all of different diameter... Edelweiss Performance 9.2, Mammut Revelation 9.2 and Petzl Volta 9.2.

And I wouldn't estimate diameter based off a photo on the web ;)

Yes same same also have the price tag and receipt purchased 3/1/2010 for 259.95.
Don't know what mammut does as far as changing color etc.

Search around a bit, too--some companies measure diameter when the rope's weighted, others unweighted...

For what it's worth, I've loved my Revelations--durable and nice handling. Been through two of them and going to pick up another.....

I think it's Mammut's best all-around rope!
