Highlighting route styles + problems downloading areas.

I would like to see the route styles highlight that exists on the parent site on the iPhone app. It would be nice to know how many routes are sport, trad, ect. Also, I often have issues downloading areas. Often the app will tell me there was a problem with the download and I can try. Sometimes switching from cellular Internet to a LAN fixes the issue, sometimes switching from a LAN to cellular fixes it. I have the same issue on two iPhones, one 3GS and one 4S.
