Description 

This area offers bouldering and short top ropes up to approximately 30 feet. There are ample juggy roof problems to hang out on. Both the Highlands and the Outlying Areas tend to be nesting grounds for buzzards. For additional information click on the links below

Getting There 

There are two groups of boulders the lower group is above the top of Balcony Jr and to the left. The upper group is reached by heading up the ridge above Balcony Jr for 400ft, walking through the woods with no obvious trail move toward the left, west side of the ridge to find several outcrops. If you reach a fire road you went about 300ft to far.
