Hey guys, this is my first post on Mountain Project. I am going to be in the Colorado high school climbing league finals competition in 2 weeks. I would like to hear any ideas you guys might have on how i should prepare for this. Thanks!
How about doing 2 or 3 simulations of the comp format? If it's redpoint, with 4 minutes on then 4 rest for 3 problems, for example, then do that a couple of times. Ideally with a couple of friends to compete against.
I don't think there's any physical training you can do in two weeks that will help. Get some rest before the comp.
