A tower of Volcanic Tuff that appears to come out of the hillside.

The climbs bake in the sun.

It is easy to set up top ropes for all the climbs by walking round the right of the cliff and up the pumice slope.

Getting There

This is the second cliff you see on the right hand side of the road, as you approach Alpers Canyon.

Park up and hike up the pumice to the base of the cliff.

Climbing Season

For the Mammoth Lakes Area area.
