Howdy fellow climbers, we're planning a grand adventure involving much toiling and gnashing of teeth. Doing recon on G.E.
For fun I was wondering if any of you could identify this wall?

I'm sure one of you will nail it no problem, just screwing around. As I stared it this it struck me how different thing look from odd angles.
Cold Beer for the winner! :-)

I believe that is the southern flank of Rainbow Mountain. Solar Slab on the right of the image and Eagle Wall on the left.

I'll be in Red Rock the first week in April, maybe I'll collect then. Happy to climb, too! :)

What route are you reconnoitering?

We’re scoping a multi day mountaineering trip involving several foolhardy and dangerous plans with little chance of success. These plans include spending the night, maybe two nights on the summit of Mt Wilson in the middle of winter.
And then to ‘return safely to the earth’.
Not really technical climbing though that might come into play.
The issue is water. This is just an idea right now. It’s been simmering for several years. This has to work because our lack of experience is surpassed only by our bad attitudes.

Anybody wanna play?

Nice. Have fun.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
