Description
The Göttinger Forest is the region in which crags north, east, and south of Göttingen can be found. Along with many small and large natural crags, this area contains a bunch more former sandstone quarries from which churches and other buildings have been built.
These quarries offer lots of great climbing due to the rock quality, height, and compactness of the routes.
