Groton Bluff Point Rock Climbing
A Good Project
A great boulder with many potential problems. It's tide dependent but, at about mid tide and all through low, your good to climb. The scenery is great so enjoy!
From parking at the end of depot road hike to bluff point then head east down the beach, you cant miss it.

Pull up to the overhead lip and work your way to the sloper on your right. I typically use a heel hook for the topout....[more] Browse More Classics in Connecticut

I've tried a few line on this boulder. Its got some really interesting formations toward the bottom. Its a fun rock but I suggest riding a mountain bike to get there to make the approach worth it.
