Grizzly Bear Creek runs through the massive valley Southeast of Harney Peak. The area is huge and the rocks are endless.

Getting There

Follow the Cathedral Spires Trail to Trail 4 toward Harney Peak, then branch right onto Trail 7 which winds down into Grizzly Bear Creek. Approximate approach time from parking lot to the base of the Torch is 1 hour.

Can also be accessed from the Horsethief trailhead. Approach time this way is just over 2 hours. Consult a trail map for directions.
