A fine 4 mile hike into Montana's East Pioneer Mountains will lead you to Gorge Lakes, an area with some route potential and a few already established easy alpine lines. Gorge Lake Spire (as I call it, unnamed on topos) is located between North Gorge and South Gorge Lakes. Tweedy Mountain has an alpine route up the NW ridge, all I know about it is it goes at 5.7

Getting There 

Take the Apex exit off of I-15 near Dillon, take a right on Willow Creek Road, after a few miles, take a the second unmarked left that goes downhill well after the road gets rough, this will take you to the trailhead.

Scramble up Gorge Lakes Spire to the gully below the notch between the summits. Stay left and avoid the loose chute, but work your way up along the chute. Rope up for a 30ft 5.7ish climb up to the tree and ledges above. Here's where there's some route potential. Go right around the corner and take the obvious dihedral with large left hand crack on it, belay from the comfortable ledge. The start is the crux, until you stem into the arm-jam crack.
