Description
Start just below the steps up into Long Lane proper. There are a couple of different ways to mount the slab, the easiest and most straightforward being to actually climb the first step and then traverse left to the first bolt. Continue up the slab, using cracks of every orientation, with some occasional jamming and high steps. Perfect warm-up route.
Beware: The basket at the anchor, from which you rappel, is only on one bolt. The second anchor bolt is offset, and creates major drag when pulling the rope. Your choice as to how you want to proceed.
