There are a variety of approach options. Unfortunately, the best require traveling on private roads and/or crossing private property. However, man can't own the land; the land owns man. You can't be harmed for trespassing unless you pose an imminent threat to the land owner, and trespassing to access Chugach State Park is likely an extremely low priority for law enforcement. Practice non-violent civil disobedience respectfully and peacefully.
