BETA PHOTO: West face of Glitterati Boulder.

Description

This is an out of the way boulder if you feel like exploring while at Bone Park. The West face has a unique overhang and slab face. The rock quality is good, and some cleaning may reveal more possiblities.

Getting There

From the Bone Park pulloff, cross the road and head north and up hill. The boulder will be a little more than half way up towards the cliff band.

Climbing Season

Cicatrix climbs very good rock via some fun movement. The first move is one my favorites from the canyon and the finish is engaging.Sit start with a right incut and a left heel and hand matched on the shelf. From there, crank up with the heel to a left hand undercling-sidepull, walk the feet, reach a right hand edge on the face, match, then traverse left the arete, commit to the slab, mantle atop the boulder....[more]   Browse More Classics in CO
