BETA PHOTO: Gelid's north face.

Gelid is a small boulder with one problem on its north-facing arete. The rock quality is good, and the landings are a mixed bag.

Getting There

Park at the small pullout on road right at the corner just before the main Black Wave area. From there, cross over CO Highway 141, head southeast for about 40 yards. Reference the page map for the exact location.

Climbing Season

For the Nine Mile Hill area.
