Been around for days... but recently cleaned up....Gaper's Gully gets its name from all the honks you receive from bouldering right next to Highway 191. Great spot for those who are new to bouldering or if you only have a small amount of time and want to get a burn. Each problem has a unique or tricky sit start. Stand if needed. Mostly cruiser routes but the top out is where most of the excitement happens. Mornings and evenings are best, but in summer the trees fill in for some nice shade.

Getting There

Approach is awesome. Stop at the main pull-out and walk right down the driveway about 15 feet. To the left behind some trees sits the Gaper's Gully.

Climbing Season

For the Gallatin Canyon area.
