This subarea includes the cliffs in the southern part of the Adirondack Park, from Old Forge down to Arietta.

Getting There Suggest change

I-90 goes east-west below the park. Exit 27 (Amsterdam) accesses the Arietta region, and Exit 31 (Utica) accesses Old Forge. There are many other options for shortcuts.
