Some difficult lines on the free standing boulder. Easier stuff father down the creek but its pretty tall.

Getting There

Park 1/4 of a mile east of the intersection of Skyline and 40th ave West on a pull out next to the creek on the upper side of the road. You should see a sign that says Merrit creek. walk west about 50 feet and you should find a trail that leads down the hill. Follow this for about 200-300yards till it reaches the bouldering.

Climbing Season

For the Duluth Bouldering area.

The climbing in the top 1/3 of the route is easier than down low....[more]   Browse More Classics in Minnesota
