Mallorca's best crag for steep hard sport climbing. Home to several world class lines including "Football Fan", and the islands only 5.15a, "Big Men" put up by Iker Pou.

Grades here tend to be very solid at the grade. Don't come here expecting soft Spanish holiday grades or overbolting.

Also many of these classics stay dry in gentle rain but if it comes down hard expect seepage for several days at a minimum. If it's steeping go somewhere else - holds can break.

Getting There

Head to Bunyola, and just before entering town, take the first right. Head up the hill which has hairpins and turns to dirt. As it crests the hill park on your right. Walk down past firepits and follow cairns to rebar rungs. Head down here and follow the cliff rightwards to the base of the areas.

Climbing Season

Climb up multiple tufas and blobs while deciding when to move left and back right to a bigger move to the first set of anchors. Bobo Dodo to the top is reportedly a fantastic 5.14c but offers some steep, fun and featured climbing at 5.11c to the first anchors. Climbing to the second set of anchors clocks in at 5.12c on cool features....[more]   Browse More Classics in International

As with everything on the island, wide variance in the bolting, from sketchy rusted hangers to bomber glue-ins. Most of the better lines have been retrobolted, but as always inspect carefully!

Thanks for adding this area, Mark. As an admin for the Spain area, I added the various sector sub-areas as the guidebook has it organized. Hopefully this will help it fill in better in the future.
If you have any information/beta to add to the sector descriptions, or want to take ownership of the new sectors, let me know.

Looking better now Jason and yeah I think it will help too. No need to take ownership but thanks for offering. Great destination but I probably won't be able to go back for some time. Cheers.
