Well, it's a nuanced question that has a lot of particulars to it. Without providing details according to the particular situation the answer shall always be:

if my fa didn't have a bolt and meant a heady run out on rps, then I'd be pissed if someone put a bolt in and took away the fear and mental aspect of it. might as well aid it instead.
