Traversing the slabby flake at the top of F Wall.


This is a slabby, longer stretch of rock. If you TR from below, you may need a 60m rope. The rock can be a bit friable here, especially on the slab.

D. Friction Pitch, 2

Getting There 

This wall sits about 3:00 on the face of Little Railroad Quarry. The obvious, hanging, low-angle slab is probably a decent identifier.

Long Face 5.3 3+ 10 III 9 VD 3a PG13  Massachusetts : Quincy Quarries : F Wall
The featured face just to the left of some left-facing corners. The middle ledge "wobbles" a bit, and I would keep the giant flakes (i.e., left facing corners) off route, since the rock seems a bit suspect.
