Very cool video showing Dhani Jones climbing at a gym in Brooklyn, and explaining how climbing helps spur creativity in his writings and life. I've always thought that climbing would be a great outlet for ex-NFL players to stay driven and moving after they step away from the game that they spent their whole lives trying to excel at. Looks like Dhani is doing just that. |

It's nice to see this other side of NFL players, thanks. |

I had a client one day whose husband/boyfriend was an NFL player. I asked him why he wasn't skiing. He said it was forbidden in his contract. I wonder if Larry Fitzgerald faced any financial penalties for that?At this stage in his career, he has the clout to avoid some of those clauses. They love him so damn much in AZ, it's crazy. He's demonstrated good decision making with his health to be playing at this level at his age, so they probably just trust him to be smart |

I went on and on about my favorite ski runs and bike trails. I quickly asked them what were their favorites after worrying I was rambling. They both said they couldn't ski or bike due to their contract. I replied "Shit you can into more trouble at Tommy Afro's then on the ski hill!" |

Drew Bledsoe had a clause in his contract to allow him to ski a a certain Number of days per year. He also took out an extra insurance policy |
