Definitely don't use an elbow brace- they dont do anything worthwhile. Better to get some PT and work on your opposition muscles. There's tons of good literature out there, and alot of good docs or PTs that do ART/Graston as well.
I disagree. I have been dealing with lateral epicondyliss in both elbows for a long time. I have been doing the exercises, the PT, flexbars, icing, massage etc...everything I can think of to try and fix them, and some of it helps keep the pain to a lower level (it never seems to go away completely). But I have definitely found that a simple constriction brace helps keep it from flaring up.
