Early Manhood Block Rock Climbing
BETA PHOTO: The "Early Manhood" block.
This is a small but really nice block. The rock is solid and the moves pleasing. It's a good stop off when heading to the back (North End) of the "Tortuga" area's main formation.
"Early Manhood block" is located just behind (North) the Gilligan's Islands formation on the Western end of "Tortuga's" main rock formation.
The "Early Manhood block" is just [right] (West) and around the corner from the "Widower Wall."

Don't top out! Another big move out right to the corner sloper. Traverse to the right under the upper boulder using good sharp holds with bad feet. Top out to the right in the shadows with good holds and feet....[more] Browse More Classics in Colorado

Start on the V1 and traverse into the V2, hands down the most enjoyable line on the block. We recently cleaned the top. Really a fun stop!

Early Manhood is actually just RIGHT of the Widower Wall. It's between Widower Wall and the South Wall. It's pretty much attached to the main Tortuga formation.
