This beautiful area is the Edward Jaeger natural preserve area; a protected area named after desert expert/naturalist/author Edward Jaeger. There are a few crags here, with a few routes on them.

Getting There

Driving east on I-10, about 1/2 from low desert (Palm Springs/Indio), get off at Eagle Mountain exit, and drive on a good dirt road to the crags.

Climbing Season

For the Joshua Tree National Park area.

Weather station 2.5 miles from here
