Eagle Crag faces South and often has a good sunny aspect for much of the year. The rock is granite with a fairly rough texture.

The crag is split into 3 distinct tiers, Low, Central and High walls.

Getting There 

Drive up Glen Lednock until you can see the crags on the right side of the road. Just before a cattle grid park up

Climbing Season

For the Highland Outcrops area.

This takes the impressive line up the wall on the left of the crag. Climb up the lower wall until a good break is reached. Make hard moves (crux) on undercut holds to get established on the upper wall.
