We like this route. Fun, tricky moves in a number of places. The hold you use at the upper crux was flexing as I led past it. If it breaks the grade will likely go way up.

As a side note. We installed an anchor to the right of this climb so we could play around on the vertical face. We'll try to get something up this winter.

agreed with the thought on epoxying the flexing hold. I had contemplated do this. there is a good hold, although more of a side pull then down pull, if it were to break. but I would love to keep the current hold as long as possible. I will do this next visit.
