As I am not much of a boulderer, I had trouble deciding on a rating for this problem, but as the hardest moves are comparable, if more dynamic, to stuff I've seen on 10b - 10c stuff, I went with V2. It's a fun little guy that begins with a sit start at the bottom of a little outcrop on the old Dhahran golf course. From the start, you swing up to latch onto a pocket in the rock with your left hand, then heel hook to balance yourself, then follow up by placing your right hand in a pocket just above the left. The start is the hardest part of the problem, as from there, you step out to a small pocket on an otherwise blank wall with your right foot, then swing up for a jug with your right hand. Once you've got the jug, it's a simple matter of matching your hands, then stepping up really high with your feet and topping out. The problem is a little bit overhanging, which makes the start more difficult, but once you've got the jug, you're golden. I called it Dirtball because to start you sit in a big pile of sand and rock debris, which quickly makes you ridiculously dirty (especially if you're wearing a white shirt). The problem is reasonably well protected, as it sits over the sand and debris, but there is a rock that you conceivably could hit your head on, so wear a helmet. All in all, a really fun little problem that doesn't take to long to learn, and has a nice topout at the end.
It's in the old golf course, near the pond at the top of Canyon Rd. Walk along the path, and it's an outcropping that has the tee-off for hole 9 (I think). It's on the side of the old paved path, and you'll get excited when you see it, because it's an awesome little outcropping.
Sits overtop of soft sand with some rock debris thrown in there. Not a big deal to fall on. Wear a helmet, as there is one big rock you could hit your head on.

Moved here two days ago. I was going to head to the gym but found your post. Great little climb and a fun warm up doing a few laps of the outcrop. Inspired me to find some more on camp. No idea on grades myself. Might be a little easier than V2. As you say a pumpy start and try to ignore the rock you'll crack your head on. There's a slightly harder problem to the right with an even pumpier start.
