Access Issue: Echo Canyon Seasonal Closure: Jan. 1 - second Saturday in April (and sometimes longer)

The Echo Canyon climbing areas are located within the Henefer-Echo Wildlife Management Area. The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources closes all access to the WMA each year from January 1 to the second Saturday in April (and sometimes longer) to protect wintering wildlife.
Description
A lot of bolts on this one, can clip the first one before leaving the ground. Climb up cobble to a sandstone ribbon that creates a small bulge, crux of this one for me. From there it was a lot of high stepping and side mantles on bigger cobble to the top.
