Devil's Right Leg

Keeping climbs open depends on maintaining good relationships with locals and monks contact Technical Climbing Club Myanmar (TCCM) for more information MORE INFO >>>

Description

A fantastic route. Stem up the dihedral to the overhang and then pull through the roof on good pockets (crux) to gain the vertical section just below the anchors. So Good, Climb this route.

Location

Second from the left, and route number 2 on the Fire Wall topo.

Protection

Bolts, first bolt hanger is missing, although, it's so low that it really doesn't make a difference. Carabiners on the anchor.

Really loved this one! The clip in the crux is a little tougher if you're shorter (I'm 5'5"), but it makes really digging into that lock-off even more fun. :) Loved every move in the crux! Moving out onto the face definitely made me think. Work those feet, then have fun jug hauling to the anchors.
