Working through the fun technical start.

Writing in chalk MORE INFO >>>

Description

Technical slab route that's tricky right off the ground and makes you work for the last few feet. Enjoyable technical moves the whole way up.

Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a good slab climb!

Location

Right of Slabbers of Habit and left of Son of Frankenstein on a dark slab.

Protection

8 bolts to anchors.

This route is awesome, but does anyone know what the deal is with the bolts and the anchor? The bolts look pretty old and crappy and there's heaps of glue everywhere. The anchor is also a solid rust bucket and doesn't inspire much confidence. I noticed a little string on the first bolt today when I led it, and I wasn't sure if that was someone's idea of a bail biner', or if this route was in the midst of being re-bolted. Does anyone know what the deal is with the string?
