Lower Ridgeline
The main trail that runs along the western ridge with rocks, roots, climbs, and drops. Near West Hartford, Connecticut
Finger Rock Road
A wide fire road with a few small hills. Near West Hartford, Connecticut
Power Lines
A smooth singletrack that runs under the power lines with some steep and tough sections. Near West Hartford, Connecticut
Erratica Trail
One of the newer trails in Rockland Preserve with lots of accessible features. Near Durham, Connecticut
General Tso Chicken Loop
Fast and flowy sIngletrack through a beautiful pine forest Near West Springfield, Massachusetts

Green Disease WI4 M6  CT : CT Ice Climbing : Green Disease Wall
A great pillar (WI4) if it’s touching down (needs more than a week or two of cold temps). Otherwise, climb the overhung left-facing corner/roof to the right of the hanging dagger and pull onto the ice where the seam ends (M6). This is a great little trad mixed climb and it sews up well with a micro cam and finger-sized gear. This has got the be the best year of Ice Climbing in CT on record... anyone got any good photos, routes, or even areas to share?

Same with Massachusetts. Local ice in Central MA has been outstanding!
