At the notable bulge.

Description

While the book gives this route a .10d, its probably easier than Pre-emptive Strike. A fun start leads to an interesting upper section.

I don't necessarily think this route is any easier than Pre-emptive Strike... I think this route pulls some more obvious moves that are physically more strenuous while Pre-emptive strike climbs on pretty ambiguous holds making it seem like it's harder to figure out than it actually is. I definitely had to give the crux on this route a go, back down, rest and then fire it again. Even as obvious as the moves are, they still make you think which I believe makes this a superior route to Pre-Emptive Strike.

I climbed Pre-emptive strike and Cruisin for Bruisin back to back yesterday and this route is definitely a grade harder. The bouldery moves getting over the bulge and then traversing right are harder than any moves that Preemptive has to offer. They are both great routes which I highly recommend.
