From 'Colorado Bouldering, Front Range' by Phillip Benningfield and Matt Samet:

"Climb the crack in the cave utilizing stems."

We started this route in the jug on the right, moved up and left into the roof crack, and followed the crack out and to top-out.

After the top-out, walk right and downclimb a short slot to a couple blocks.

Pads are a good idea.

This might be a reproduction of the "Cavus Maximus" route. I don't know which name came first, or if the two are just a/k/a's of each other...? (HA, you beat me to it in the comments section on the other route.)

From the info I have, "Cavus Maximus" goes right out of the cave, where as this one goes left. We'll have to try it the other way next time.
