Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This small block has a handful problems to offer, with it's namesake problem Collieherb (V0), a worthy addition to any circuit of the area.

Getting There

From the large parking area at the south side of Cap Rock head east following the loop "nature trail". Take the left fork when the trail splits and after several hundred yards look right where the boulder will be seen right off the trail.
