Sit start as per Biopsy and traverse diagonally up and right to link into the upper portion of Bi-Lingual to finish it out.

Is there any variation to this with the low feet on? Tried it today, thought maybe a 2-3.

Indeed! While not listed (just to avoid posting tons of variations) there have been variations of most lines on this block and many other boulders in the area. Bi-Lingual and Lingual Arete boulders especially have been dissected with eliminates to make harder and easier variations. Nice work on this one, glad you made it out!
