Climbing with kids in Tahoe area?

My two kids are old enough to start doing multi-pitch climbs, and I'm looking for a partner or family in a similar situation to climb easy to moderate routes with at the Leap, Ninety Foot Wall, eventually Yosemite.

We've just moved back to California from the midwest, so don't know too many families that are interested in climbing (they all seem to play soccer, every weekend).

The kids are in their early teens, are athletic, and have put in their time at the climbing gym. I would like to introduce them to all the crafts, skills, and ropework needed to get around the mountains--and back--safely.

Before the kids, I was an active trad climber and led such moderate routes as Royal Arches, SE Buttress of Cathedral Peak, E Buttress of Middle Cathedral, Fairview Dome, The Line, Snake Dike, Water Cracks, Angelica, Commitment, Nutcracker, Corrugation Corner, Haystack Crack, Bear's Reach, etc, plus a bunch of stuff in the Gunks.

I've got a rope and rack.

How hard do they climb? I'm passing through California and am potentially interested. I was a single pitch climbing guide this summer in Colorado and have lots of personal multi pitch experience

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
