The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Scramble up boulders about eight feet then traverse on a sloping ledge under the ceiling to a vertical crack. Climb the crack through the ceiling (crux), then continue up to the top of the crack. Climb the face above past one bolt to the top. This was Chesires first rock climb (she was 13 years old at the time).
