This boulder appeared in spring 2010. We're pretty sure that rainfall and ensuing erosion brought it down from the canyon rim above. It's only about 2' thick, so we're lucky it landed upright.

About 300' east of the Big Dam Boulder

FYI, I've seen and heard rattlesnakes at or near this boulder more often than at any other place in the canyon. I think one lives under the large rock just right of Sakura.
