Nick Thune on a classic route.

Description

Climb through the first three bolts (crux) to the prow like feature. Then take a good rest and head left to the face, up the arete and then cut right and up to the finish. A pumpy finish to the chains.

Location

On the furthest left side of Pricker Peak.

Protection

I think 8 bolts.

8 draws and anchors. Bring a longer draw or sling for the bolt above the bowl (reduces drag).

The top half of the route goes nicely on gear. Has anyone done the variation staying in the dihedral rather than stepping around the arete?

Absolute classic! Must climb if you are new to area.
