Kris climbing the face at Point Dume.

Please stay on main trail when setting top ropes MORE INFO >>>

This route follows sustained thin crimps up a slight depression in the center of the west-facing wall. Perhaps the best of the low-angle face-climbs at Point Dume.

Bolted top-anchor. Use long anchor cord.

Lead bolts are push-button compression bolts and insufficient for lead climbing.

Agreed. Probably the best line. Fairly sustained and truest to its grade.

Can anyone tell me whether the bolts on these climbs are still not safe for lead climbing or whether they've been updated?

Leading this route would be fairly sketchy. There are 3 or 4 rusted bolts with big run outs.
