Description Suggest change

Celestial Lotion goes up the east couloir on the North face of mountain 'S6'.  30 degree alpine ice/snow from rolling moraines at the bottom of the face and steepens to 60 degrees right at the top for a short lil bit (climbing over the wind cornice). It goes from quite wide to rather narrow, gets early sun, and is bounded by rotten rock walls. Trust only ice/snow pro. Beware of rockfall. This couloir tops out below summit on the East ridge of 'S6'. There is a short, easy scramble to the summit. This is the easiest access to the summit of S6 from any direction.

Location Suggest change

From Blue Lakes Trailhead, hike your person and all your gear up the trail and cross the creek at aboot the two mile point. Once across the water hazard (don't get wet!), turn right into the shrubery and ascend with easy bushwhacking up climber's-left side of the creek another mile-and-a-half or so to the north face. The route is looker's left (East).

Descend the same way, or go somewhere else.

Protection Suggest change

There is no rock pro. Bring a helmet, iceaxe, and crampons.
